Exchange and Returns
For signature designs-
- If you are not satisfied with your pair kindly email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the shoes along with the reason for return or exchange.
- Once we approve the return or exchange you can send it back to us on the address that we will provide on email.
- The shoes should not have been worn and sent to us with the tag on, in original, unused condition. Kindly note that in this regard, the decision by us will be final. Shoes sent back to us found unsatisfactory by our inspection team will not be taken back into stock in exchange for a new pair.
- If you have opted for exchange, we will send you back the exchanged pair at no additional cost
- If you have decided to return back the shoes. We do not provide any cash refund; we will transfer store credits to your account or email with no expiry date.
For bespoke shoes-
- We strive to provide you the most perfect fit so you can enjoy style with comfort.
- Incase you are facing any fitting problem do email us within 2 days of receiving the shoes and we will accept exchange and/or return based on the fitting problem
- We do not allow cash refund. However, you can get an exchanged pair with the right fit or store credit with no expiry date.

If you decide to cancel your order on the shoes, please email us on email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we will do as you say!
